Dedicated IP Plan

As an alternative to BYO IP (https://feedback.simplemailservice.eu/feedback/212901): an add-on for a SeS managed dedicated IP. This would be similar to the SendGrid offering where a normal subscription uses a shared IP, but can be vulnerable to backlisting. A dedicated IP is only ever used by your credentials, meaning if it gets blacklisted it is because of something you did. It could be interesting for SeS to offer this, especially since they can integrate it as effeciently as possible in their current infrastructure and also have it maintained by them, as well as have an equal uptime guarantee, etc.
